In this role you will:
- Manage the reinsurance administration for High Net Worth (“HNW”) insurance, and day to day activities of outsourcing arrangements, including operational activities to issue and manage HNW business
- Manage the engagement with the Trustee of the Master Trust, and execute any trust administrative activities delegated to the business by the Trustee
- Be the local Bermuda Subject Matter Expert on market trust practices, considering the related competitive landscape, regulatory, and legal environment
- Build sound relationships with internal and external partners, including the Trustee of the Master Trust, reinsurers, and the Global Insurance Operations team
- Manage policy administration, including approving and signing off on policy servicing decisions, and owning the policyholder administration system
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Experience in Master Trust administration for HNW insurance products
- Knowledge of Bermuda HNW insurance market practices
- Solid organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to plan and achieve multiple deliveries at pace
- Excellent planning and communication skills, and the ability to develop solid relationships with a variety of stakeholders across seniorities and geographies
