Digital Business Services (DBS) is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. Digital Business Services combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Internship – DBS Procurement.
Principal responsibilities:
- Assisting Buyers on sourcing activities, managing third party risk and handling purchase order request
- Assisting Account Payable Manager on payment settlement to Vendors and InterCompany Entities
- Assisting Procurement project on Supply chain Sustainability and Diversity, ESG

Requirements
- Good at communications
- Work well under pressure
- Open to take on new challenges
- Excellent in Microsoft Products (Excel, Power Point, Word etc)
- Knowledge about MS Power BI is a plus
