Digital Business Services (DBS) is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. Digital Business Services combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Internship, IT.
Principal responsibilities:
- Assist in admin work for the IT team, tracking status, coordination of simple activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and analysis for Development, Cyber and IT Support teams.
- Participate in test planning, test execution and contribute to test report generation.
- Assist in communication with other teams to identify, fix, follow up of the production issue.
- Other related simple tasks for IT Team
Information
Requirements:
- Being a student from universities/educational institutions (not graduated yet).
- Ability to intern full-time in 6 months is a plus.
- Have a recommendation letter for their internship period from universities/educational institutions.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
- Good research skills and ability to learn quickly
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of programming languages, databased and other IT topics is an asset
- Knowledge of banking / financial services is an asset"
