HSBC Qianhai
HSBC Qianhai Securities Limited (HSBC Qianhai), a joint venture securities company, was incorporated on 28 August 2017, pursuant to Supplementary Agreement X to the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangements (CEPA) between the mainland and Hong Kong.
The registered capital of HSBC Qianhai is RMB1.8 billion. The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) holds 90% of the shares, while Qianhai Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. (QFH) holds the remaining 10%. Our headquarters are located in Qianhai, Shenzhen. We have branch offices in Beijing and Shanghai, and a trading outlet in Qianhai, Shenzhen.

2. Job Description
1. Develop quantitative investment strategy with designing corresponding back test and robustness analysis.
根据对市场和数据的研究发掘有效信号，总结规律，开发量化策略；
2. Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing strategies, assist in developing models and programs for mutual research purpose.
协助对现有策略进行维护和优化，以及开发用于研究的相关程序；
3. Follow up the research results of mainstream institutions and conduct corresponding research.
跟踪国内外主流机构的研究成果，进行课题研究；
4. Conduct and support ad hoc projects where applicable.
协助和支持团队的其他工作。
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Master degree or above with background in math, applied economics, computer science or related fields.
硕士及以上学历，金融工程、数学、计算机等相关专业，具有数理复合背景者优先；
2. 1~3 years of experience working in a strategy development financial/quantitative research or relevant role at financial institutions such as mutual fund, asset management of security firm; candidates with relevant research experience in multi-factor, market analysis, multi-asset, etc. are preferred.
具有1-3年在公募基金、券商资管等买方机构中担任策略开发、量化研究或相关职位的工作经验；具有多因子、市场分析、多资产等相关研究经验者优先；
3. Strong working knowledge of tools such as SQL, Python or other programming languages.
熟练掌握SQL、Python或其他编程语言；
4. Strong attention to details, strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills.
关注细节，热爱思考，有较强的解决问题和项目管理的能力；
5. Team player and proven communication skills.
有良好的团队协作和沟通能力；
6. Proficient in Mandarin & English.
英语和普通话熟练。
