- Proactively identifying cash management opportunities and developing them for actual revenue generation
- Establishing new cash management business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
- Leading the communication of new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers
- Drafting/Executing business plans & strategies to originate new business, as well as increasing revenue for existing ones, in order to achieve underlying business growth, sales or revenue targets
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship mangers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank
- Participating in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
- Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews
Information
- 7-10 year-long broad customer-facing career experiences in financial instituitions. Especially career experiences in bank’s cash/treasury management strongly preferred (Essential)
- Effective communication skills and strong ability to interact with various stakeholders (Essential)
- English & Korean capabilities for both internal stakeholders and external customers, both in verbal & written (Essential)
- Excellent presentation skills and deal negotiation capabilities (Essential)
- Strategic acumen & analytical skillsets for account planning, sales & marketing activities, business analysis, etc. (Nice to have)
- Strong teamplayer spirit and interpersonal skills (Essential)
