We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Leas Project Management Officer.

Principal responsibilities
- Responsible for working with team as scrum master role and helping the team to identify and solve blocker in an Agile way.
- Enforce scrum activities to be adopted and ensure an increasing or stable scrum team velocity.
- Conduct PI planning and sprint planning with the team based on business priorities.
- Provide estimates for development efforts from design documents.
- Work with business users for support or development queries.
- Work with IT Infrastructure and other IT application teams as well as external vendors as required.
- Supervise the rectification of production system issues with the minimum disruption to the business.
- Investigate and resolve problems arising in connection with IT services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions (FIMs, GSMs, circulars), internal control standards and external regulatory requirements, including the management of operational risk and adherence to the Group’s standards of ethical behaviour.
- Bachelor’s degree with major or minor in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Qualification in a related business discipline an advantage.
- Extensive relevant working experience on scrum master or project manager role in IT projects.
- Experience in the areas of online banking transfer, payment processing and FX would be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Agile development, scrum activities and Devops tool (e.g. Confluence, JIRA, etc) and Software Development Life Cycle. SAFe certification will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with different groups of stakeholders and external vendors.
- Strong team player who also has the ability to work under pressure, independently and proactively.
