We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Lead Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will: 

  • Work within a highly agile, cross functional team of UX designers and UI developers on concurrent products and initiatives.
  • Able to work iteratively with design with considerations for fast paced code delivery.
  • Work across multiple stakeholders including product owners, engineering leads and broader design communities.
  • Work with UX standards and brand guidelines at scale.
  • Be able to mentor junior members of the team.
  • Be able to work with the engineering leadership to ensure design consistency across multiple applications whilst ensuring digital design guidelines are adhered to across our UX/UI function.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • At least 10+ years of relevant experience as a UI/UX designer and, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision
  • Design thinking and user research skills.
  • Wireframing and prototyping skills
  • Experience with conducting UX design workshops with product owners and engineering leads.
  • Excellent knowledge regarding design systems and responsive design considerations
  • Excellent understanding regarding component-based design within a style guide context.
  • Good experience to provide design support for development
  • Knowledge of UX development & accessibility considerations

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:

  • Candidate should have experience in working on banking or retail domain and digital transformation
  • An understanding of CSS, it’s units and responsive implementation.
  • Has worked with Atlassian tooling (Confluence/JIRA)
  • Preferred qualification, Bachelors of Arts in Design
