Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), the Consumer Assets team is responsible for improving portfolio profitability and achieving growth objectives for all lending products in Asia-Pacific, including credit cards, personal loans, overdrafts and mortgages. Operating in several strategic markets across the region, the division is a key contributor to the profitability of the HSBC private wealth business.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Manager Employee Banking Solutions BDM
Responsibilities:
- Provide world class level of service by responding timely and follow through on inquiries by client
- Acquire retail clients through regular contacts and partnership with CMB and GBM RM
- Maintain liaison with client to communicate product updates and promo to enhance cross sell
- Obtain corporate event opportunities via referrals, networking and cold calls
- Create ad hoc program for client based on their staff needs
Information
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen only
- Undergrad degree with min 3 years of Personal Banking/Corporate Sales exp.
- Negotiation & Handling objection skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Good business acumen
- Proficient in holding corporate presentation
- Energetic, highly motivated and possess a strong drive to succeed
