We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Product Governance
Principal responsibilities
Facilitation and coordination of new product approvals and material enhancements of existing products
Assisting product mangers in completing periodic product reviews
Maintaining governance processes related to ongoing product management and ensure adherence to the Advising on CIB Product Governance Procedures and GTS Product Governance Desk Instructional Manual.
Tracking, monitoring and reporting activities associated with New Products, Material Enhancements, Product Reviews, Post Implementation Reviews and Product Inventory.
Developing MI and manage reporting capabilities within governance and management of related Non-Financial Risks
Engaging senior colleagues for active discussions on new product developments and underlying governance requirements.
Ability to foster relations with stakeholders outside of one’s own sphere of managerial influence is essential.
Ability to present business cases to senior colleagues while demonstrating an understanding of the underlying risks and assessments thereof will be a plus
Relevant GTS(Global Trade Solutions) product knowledge and advantage
Experience of working in one or more of the relevant environment/s, i.e. GTS, Risk, Product, control
functions, or GTS Services is desirable but not essential
A track record in process improvement and change management.
Set and achieved challenging short-, medium- and long-term goals which exceeded the standards in their field
Self-awareness with confidence to work independently and take responsibility for own development
Understanding of risk management across non-financial risk and proven experience of ensuring own/others'
compliance with relevant regulatory processes
A successful track record of delivering complex projects and, or programmes, utilizing appropriate techniques
and tools (MS Excel) to ensure and measure success
