We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Product Management - WPB FRAUD ANALYTICS_TKH.
Principal responsibilities
Own and prioritize the product roadmap for fraud-related capabilities (SAS fraud management, account takeover, payment fraud, device/geo fraud, etc.), including FEEDZEI SAS EFM, Feature space or other fraud platform.
Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and metrics; drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch in Agile model.
Gather and analyze requirements from business and translate them into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria using JIRA tool.
Collaborate with Data/Analytics and Engineering teams to develop and monitor fraud detection rules, scoring models, and alerting/response workflows.
Stay current on fraud trends, regulations, and emerging technologies; evaluate new fraud tooling and platform enhancements.
Operate as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams; ensure deliverables meet business needs while maintaining technical feasibility and compliance.
Support regulatory and governance requirements related to fraud prevention (data privacy, audit trails, model risk management as applicable).
Lead user training, create helpful documentation, and champion adoption of new fraud features across the organization.
Potentially contribute to lightweight data tasks (SQL queries, basic data checks) and generate simple reports using Python or BI tools.
Deep domain knowledge of fraud detection lifecycle: data ingestion, feature extraction, rule-based and machine learning scoring, alerting, investigation workflows, and case management.
Experience with at least one fraud platform (e.g., FEEDZEI or other leading fraud product) and/or strong capability to evaluate and integrate fraud tooling.
Tech-leaning profile: basic data literacy with ability to read and understand SQL queries, and comfort with data exploration.
Familiarity with databases and data analytics concepts; ability to work with data engineers to define data requirements and validate results.
Basic Python scripting knowledge to support lightweight reporting, data pulls, or automation tasks.
Analytical mindset with strong problem solving, hypothesis-driven testing, and ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
