We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Regulatory Licensing.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Assist in the investment and insurance licensing process and record maintenance for individual employees
  • Assist on the regular monitoring, controls, coordination and tracking related to investment and insurance licensing matters
  • Assist in the CPWP/ CPWPA application process, record maintenance and monitoring
  • Support in implementation of new procedures and support to improve process and system efficiency
  • Provide support on training, and ad-hoc administrative requests
  • Provide administrative support in the internal monitoring tasks for business risk mitigation
  • Provide administrative and management support to the COO and Front Office Teams, enabling them to execute the Global Private Banking strategies and plans effectively and efficiently in a risk and regulatory manner
Requirements
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven and progressive private banking experience or equivalent
  • Proven organization, communication, strong analytical skills and multitasking abilities
  • Good understanding of the regulation, financial markets and private banking industry
  • Technology Skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Communication skills in Cantonese and English, proficiency in Mandarin
  • A good team player with drive for success and achievement, quick to learn, detail oriented and positive attitude
  • High level of professional and personal integrity
