We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Sales Conduct and Quality. 

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Support the enforcement of sales compliance fulfilment in Retail Banking by constant review &/or investigation of sales recommendations and by analysing management information / Conduct Analytics data to identify suspected abnormalities
  • Promote and foster sales compliance and positive conduct behaviour through coaching and reinforcement
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement in qualitative checking process and Conduct Analytics sampling process
  • Identify and feedback for ongoing sales process improvement
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • A degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in wealth management product sales (Life Insurance and Investment) or sales management
  • Insurance (incl. Long-term, Investment-lined Long-term and General Insurance), Investment licensee
  • With educational background / knowledge / experience in statistics or data analytics is an advantage
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of HSBC wealth products and services, sales procedures and its applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with confidence, both written and verbal (Cantonese, Putonghua and English)
  • Able to work as a team, cultivate team work culture and execute excellence
  • Positive and open mind-set with a can-do attitude
  • Conversant in PC skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint
  • Project management experience is an advantage
