Purpose of the position:

Secured Lending Senior Manager is responsible for coordinating, managing and administering the strategies to increase the productivity of the Managers, Executives and Third Party Sales Agents (TPSA) assigned to each product, in the states of the republic that include its span of control.

Main responsibilities:

  • Secured Lending Senior Manager has four important functions to maintain:
  • Coordinate and monitor the commercial strategies of your division.
  • Support and monitor branches in the placement of loans.
  • Create long-term relationships with your main clients: Branches, Developers, Real Estate Agencies, Third Party Sales Agents (TPSA) and Car Dealers.
  • Give attention to all sales channels: Branches, Call Center, Third Party Sales Agents (TPSA).
Requirements
  • Economic career – administrative or engineering degree
  • Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, 0 Flow Charter)
  • Knowledge about administrative activities.
  • Financial knowledge (of the banking business).
  • Experience in creating business relationships to increase productivity
  • High responsibility
