We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Coordinate the planning, approval, and implementation of Network Projects, changes globally, aligning with ITIL and internal governance standards.

  • Conduct regular service review with key stakeholders and prepare presentation for the same.

  • Maintain and communicate the Forward Schedule of Changes and Global Change Calendar, aligning with maintenance windows and business event blackouts.

  • Liaise with global teams (network, server, cloud, security) to ensure consistent execution and documentation of change activities.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive reports, including KPIs, success/failure rates, emergency changes, and change velocity.

  • Utilize reporting tools to build dashboards that highlight risk trends, capacity bottlenecks, and service impact.

  • Analyze historical data to identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Risk:

  • Work closely with Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams to prepare change evidence and reports for internal and external audits.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Advanced skills in Documentation, Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure and Project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

  • Evidence of having conceptual knowledge of networking technologies like LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi

  • Experience with global ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or equivalent.

  • Background of working with the Agile methodology and associated tool sets – Jira, Confluence, Service NOW etc…

  • Flexible working is essential as the team will be geographically dispersed
