Job description

Support business lines to optimize the operational process of banking services and products, with the aim of offering the best service to customers, through the following activities:

·         Perform banking operations services, such as current account opening and closing procedures, ensuring proper documentation and data accuracy.

·         Activate clients on banking products: Payments Solutions, FX, FI&Derivatives, Corporate Cards etc.

·         Perform call backs with clients to authenticate the payment instructions and beneficiaries bank details, ensuring the security and accuracy of critical information.

·         Control requests from Audit Companies to generate Confirmations Letters.

·         Perform Product Fees set up according to Commercial Proposals and reporting it to Brazil Central Bank in a regular basis.

·         Take part in projects to implement systems and processes that involve operational activities.

·         Interaction with Bank internal areas, such as Operations, Compliance, Treasury, Product Managers, IT and other business support areas.

Requirements

Technical skills:

·         English – Intermediate to Advanced level

·         Office Package (Excel – Advanced level)

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
