 We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Be primary responsibility of this role would be to support Production Incidents and own the Incident till closure
  • This role requires a thorough, detailed, creative, and sharp analytical candidate who can effectively collaborate with others to identify cause of Production IN and follow up actions until closure of IN
  • Responsible for the operation stability, integrity and availability of products and services
  • Candidate should be ready to work in UK shift
  • Ready to be available for on-call support on rotational basis
  • Proactive to perform regular health checks of infrastructures and service
  • Proactive to perform monitoring and handle alerts
  • Candidate can conduct PIR
  • Ready to support deployment and maintenance activities on weekend on rotational basis
  • Member should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership team
  • Member should be open to learn tool getting used with in team and bank
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Production Support Specialist, Oracle Database (SQL and PL/SQL), Websphere Application Servers, Linux
  • DevOps tools: GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Ansible, Shell Scripting
  • Transfer Agency, Monitoring and Alerting tool
  • In addition to the mentioned duties and responsibilities mentioned, the selected candidate should be a self-learner and should have problem solving capabilities.
  • The job requires to coordinate with multiple stake holder across region so fluency in communication both verbal and written is must.
