We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.
In this role, you will:
Understanding complex business problems and requirements across different parts of the functional architecture and shaping technical outcomes.
Work closely with other developers, BA’s, Scrum Masters and Product Owners in Agile manner
Work on the coding and development of new features using PL/SQL
Will follow all the required coding standards & set procedures
Will follow set governance related procedures before putting any change into production
Create the required Change Requests and get the necessary approvals from stake holders
Make sure all testing artefacts are captured and kept at location / attached to CR for future reference
Understanding complex business problems and requirements across different parts of the functional architecture and shaping technical outcomes.
Participate in the technical design
Analyse and develop code as per specifications.
Review of design/code/Unit test results
Prepare unit test plans, Conduct unit testing and system integration testing.
Ready to support production deployment and post development implementation activities
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Hands-on work experience in SQL / PL-SQL development
Experience in creating Shell Scripting
Having experience on Big Data technologies is an added advantage
Hands-on experience in Jenkins and CI/CD creation is a must
Good to have knowledge on job schedulers on Control-M / Auto-sys / Cron
Must have good communication and inter-personal skills to interact with stake holders
Should have used / worked on tools like Jira, Confluence, Service Now
Good to have domain knowledge related to Anti Money Laundering (AML) and existing systems in the market
