We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Ensuring the RMB XB team meet targets on productivity and accuracy within the time frame and no SLA breach case occurred
- Ensuring customer instructions/requests are correctly interpreted and fully undertaken. The work is processed in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations stipulated by bank and regulatory
- Planning and prioritize jobs to subordinates in accordance with their abilities and experience to ensure fraud/error/irregular case can be identified and escaped timely
- Making effective use of available resources to ensure smooth operation and no backlog
- Assisting supervisor to identify training needs for team members; arrange internal training by job rotation and craoss team attachment; coach junior staff on day-to-day operational basis
- Arranging periodically reviewing of the relevant procedural to adjust operation steps timely
- Setting successor plan with team to ensure team work smooth running
- Ensuring all data requirements (timesheets, leave requests, absence requests and ad hoc process information) of team are completed and updated in a timely manner.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• University graduate, preferable, 3-5 years experience in banking operations, especially in RMB Cross-border Processing, RCPMIS reporting and relevant Payment Investigation.
• Good communication/interpersonal skills and fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proactive attitude and able to work under pressure and have a ability to solve the problem with efficiency
• Abundant knowledge on banking operations.
