We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

       Work with Field Managers to implement the action plans.

       Monitor daily operational processes in the team.

       Work closely with sales support and operation staff to facilitate smooth execution of the sales process.

       Act as the primary point of contact for procedural guidance, and ensure effective usage of sales tools and sales support materials.

       Take responsibility for monitoring the team to complete the mandatory trainings.

       Contribute to team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment.

       Support achievement of the HSBC vision, Values, goals and culture in personal behavior, actions and decision making.

       Ensure self and team activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and meets HSBC standards and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

       University degree or above in business administration or equivalent

       Minimum 5-8 years sales, customer relationship management and team-leading experience in the financial services industry

       Strong coaching skills and business acumen

       Proved to deliver and drive outstanding customer experience (ideally in financial planning) and building lasting customer relationships

       Highly motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently

       Possess the ability to apply entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to deliver team’s business performance

       Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and basic knowledge of English
