We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) team in the role of Premier Financial Consultant Manager, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all the service and sales activities of the Premier Financial Consultant Relationship Managers, in order to achieve the assigned Unit PE/FRP and ultimately contributing towards Premier Financial Consultants' scorecard achievement, whilst confidently coaching the Premier Financial Consultant Relationship Managers. 
  • Develop sales plans which corresponds to IWPB business and ensures effective implementation of business strategies to maximize revenue line and attain strategic and operating objectives.
  • To deliver the business objectives by actively guiding and supporting the Premier Financial Consultant Relationship Managers in identifying potential customer needs for Wealth Insurance, FX, Everyday Global Account and Time Deposits with the primary aim of active retagging to Branch for further investment needs growth. 
  • To ensure all Account Servicing requests, Customer Reviews (CSEM/CDD/RFI/Sanction/CSU review), Complaints Management & Premier Financial Consultants' RNPS achieved the highest standards of service quality required via close monitoring of tasks and timely closure to customer requests.
  • Maintain the levels of operational integrity required by IWPB Malaysia and Group by closely managing the collective performance of the Premier Financial Consultant Relationship Managers and the Premier Financial Officers. Create and maintain an environment to maximize performance in achieving the IWPB business objectives whilst providing the highest quality service. 
Requirements

Knowledge/Experience: 

  • Proven ability in customer relationship management
  • Proven ability in managing a high net worth client portfolio 
  • Ability to analyse financial priorities and influence customers to take appropriate action to meet their needs
  • An extensive knowledge of financial planning and defining customer needs
  • A full understanding of the needs of the mass affluent customer segment in general and individual customers in particular
  • A full understanding of the Premier Proposition including Global Service Standards and Premier International

 

Skills: 

  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Customer driven with a strong focus on quality of service 
  • Proven ability in making sound decisions in accordance with bank policy and guidelines
  • A clear understanding of how value is created within the Premier segment, both for customers and the bank
  • Ability to develop the knowledge of PFC RMs required to provide a world class relationship management service to the bank’s most valuable personal customers
