We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager

In this role, you will:

·       Oversee the identification, validation and prioritization of opportunities suitable for automation, acting as the key point of contact for Transformation and Change teams as the ‘top down’ and ‘bottom up’ toolkits are applied to their business areas.

·       Oversee and support the Transformation and Change teams in completing the assessment tools

·       Review and validates opportunities prioritized following ‘top down’ assessment and ‘bottom up’ assessments Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of processes selected for automation

·       Lead solution design workshops and process demos as required Review and validates delivery lifecycle documentation, including the Initial Process Assessment, PDD and SDD, providing sign off where required Liaise between the DOC and the Transformation and Change teams to provide progress updates, escalate issues, and feed in business input as required (e.g. user acceptance testing)

·       Assign process automation demand to the appropriate DOC, liaising with DOC Leads and the COE’s central planning function as necessary to understand pipeline, demand and resourcing

·       Works closely with the Transformation and Change teams, fostering strong relationships and building the Digital Operations brand across Operations, acting as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders

·       Engage with the COE to ensure alignment to strategy and application of central tools and templates Provide status reports to the Head of Automation Services, and Central Planning Office as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·       Strong understanding of Automation technologies, the operational processes and when

·       Automation should be used Understanding of F2B Banking Services Value stream, including how requests come through from various channels and how does it get fulfilled

·       Ability to articulate the impact of automation in back office to the entire F2B value stream

·       Awareness of industry best practice RPA and other intelligent automation methodologies viz. Intelligent Data Capture capability, Data led transformation Exposure to AI/ML capabilities and widgets and their applicability in banking domain will be helpful Design, incubate and implement future-focused solutions that consider the potential impact of future advances in technology and internal changes

·       Previous experience within change or Automation and Line Management environment Proven track record in a similar role will be desirable.

·       History of successful delivery of automation solutions across business services

·       Have an excellent knowledge of the change process, project lifecycle and automation tools and techniques, reengineering methodologies

·       Ability to form effective relationships and achieve influence at senior level in the organisation

·       Strong facilitation and sound leadership skills Negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills

·       Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate the case for investments and alternatives in the language of business

·       Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners Strong written and verbal communication skills
