In this role you will:

  • Manage end to end the customer onboarding process for Israel and US accounts while working closely with clients to ensure process is completed according to the relevant procedures. 
  • Partner with designated back-office offshore teams and with local Relationship Management team to ensure all tasks are completed according to agreed Service Level Agreement. 
  • Identify Client Due Diligence (CDD) gaps by analyzing customer information to ensure collection of all information and supporting documents required for the completion of the account opening.
  • Be familiar and work according to local and US regulations, and HSBC risk and compliance policies and procedures.  
  • Escalate risks and raise exceptions / variance approval requests with the relevant team.
  • Engage various internal teams to keep improving policies and customer onboarding experience to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Role holder must be located in Israel with fluent business English and Hebrew.
  • Strong project management, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attentiveness to details, with strong business sense and able to make sensible business judgments
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Strong work ethic, extremely self-motivated, and success driven 
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills, ability to organize tasks and manage priorities effectively
