We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager - Gamma Team.
Principal Responsibilities
The Gamma Team
- Is part of the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team
- Client services accounts which have been identified for exits ( tail end of the account lifecycle)
- Applies streamline processes to manage volume ( ~ 180 accounts per RM)
- Is a bridge between the client / bank, to support professional client servicing and risks management
As a Relationship Manager in the Gamma team, you will
- Manage accounts, which are in the exit status and classified as per below
- Financial Crime Risk Exits (FCR)
- Risk Appetite Exits (RA)
- Economic/ Non-Priority Markets Exits (EC)
- Participate in the Segmentation exercise, where the accounts below the PB minimum balance will be identified for exits
- Work jointly with the Marketing teams to receive account assignments
- Handhold the clients on the exits with suitable approach and solutions
- Mitigate risks, reduce assets for eventual closure of the accounts
- Adhere to cross border guidelines and work with various departments to support the client servicing, which cannot be closed due to illiquid assets (e.g. - Corp actions/ remittances/ liquidations/ documentation requirements etc.)
- Perform dual roles (RM & ARM) for the portfolio of accounts
- Support the Team leader to achieve the Team's objectives
- CACS Paper 1 & 2 certified
- CMFAS Module 1A/B, 6/6A or RES1B/2A, CM-EIP & SIP or CM-CMP, whichever relevant (to be completed within first 3 months)
- Minimum 3 years Assistant Relationship Manager experience/ Junior RMs are welcome
- Good understanding and knowledge of investment products
- Ability to function independently, dual roles of a Relationship Manager / Assistant Relationship Manager
- Strong client servicing skills and ability to deal with volume and complex cases
- Pleasant personality with excellent communications skills
- Team Player

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
