We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will: 
•    Manage one or more service instances for test automation tools – Selenium Grid is one of them
•    Manage user/project onboarding and issue resolutions
•    Infrastructure evergreening and tool upgrades – maintain and scale the infra as required
•    Risk and control compliance – ensure services are compliant (Infra patching, vulnerability management, change management etc)
•    Automation solutions and integrations with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Github etc)
•    24x7 On-call support for any issues with tool unavailability – implement proactive monitoring, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to nodes/hub availability and execution failures
•    Ensure high concurrency and stability of test executions
•    Manage cross browser and cross platform configurations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 
•    8-10 years Hands on working experience on one or more test automation tools preferably Selenium and knowledge of managing a Selenium Grid
•    Strong hands-on experience with Selenium Webdriver and Selenium Grid V3/V4
•    Programming languages: Java and Python
•    Windows/Linux admin basics to be able to self-serve whenever configuration changes are required
•    1-2 years of experience with deploying and maintaining Selenium Grid (upgrades etc)
•    Experience with test frameworks eg TestNG, Junit etc
•    Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (eg Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
•    Strong communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills
