We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Business: Markets Sec Services Tech

Principal responsibilities

• Lead DevSecOps transformation activities to improve OKRs including but not limited to improve release cadence, reduce incidents, and reduce TOIL.
• Ensure the IT risk and controls requirements are met for the whole application.
• Continuously enhance and transform the application to improve system observability, stability, scalability and align with CCR FSA and standards.
• Be involved in actual implementation of solutions, performing impact assessments, performance tuning, testing and deployments throughout the delivery cycle. Utilize the technical skills and expertise to carry out /help team to do software development, testing and operational support activities with the ability to move between these from time to time according to demand.
• Drive and adopt advanced engineering practices and principles to the pod.
• Drive technical capability uplift for the pod members.
• Keep up to date and have expertise on current tools, technologies and areas like cyber security and regulations pertaining to aspects like data privacy, consent, data residency etc. that are applicable.

• Experience in Information Technology, typically focused on software application design, development, and support.
• Programming Language: Java and UNIX/Linux/shell scripting.
• Technology: Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps Tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible and related CI/CD technologies.
• Observability tools: Granfana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo.
• Database: Oracle (or equivalent) and Postgresql.
• Spring & Spring Boot, Sprint Cloud, Restful API development.
• Fluent oral English is required to participate in various daily conference call with colleagues around the world.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and under pressure against multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and documentation skills.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative.
• Able to adapt in global team culture and communicate with teammate in different location.
• Experience of leading developers to deliver high quality solutions, with track record of delivering significant changes which improves business effectiveness in sustainable ways.
