We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
- Service Management: Oversee daily operations and support processes for FICC Risk applications and systems, ensuring optimal performance and stability, identify areas for improvement.
- Incident Management: Lead incident resolution efforts, coordinating with cross-functional team to address and resolve issue promptly.
- Problem Management: Manage and guide the post incident reviews, ensuring proper root cause analysis and fix, enabling the teams to grow from incidents.
- Change Management: Manage changes to the production environment, ensuring proper testing and documentation before implementation.
- Risk and Control Management: Stay close with latest control environment, ensuring risk analysis, mitigation and acceptance.
- User Support: Provide support to end-users and business stakeholders, addressing queries and issues related to FICC applications with teams.
- Reporting and Governance: Generate regular reports on service performance, incidents, release cadence and other OKRs, collaborate with teams for feedback and defining improvement actions.
- Documentation: Provide guidance and assist to maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and incident reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT service management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong experience in supporting production environments, particularly in FICC applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively or independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and effectively under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ITIL frameworks, SDLC processes, incident management tools, and monitoring systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
