Principal responsibilities
Agile Leadership and Delivery:
Implement and oversee agile processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.
Align backlog priorities with business goals in collaboration with global stakeholders across multiple regions (e.g., China, India, UK).
Drive the successful delivery of applications and features, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a key liaison between global teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Proactively identify and address risks, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Team Development and Collaboration:
Foster positive team dynamics, encouraging collaboration and problem-solving.
Strengthen team cohesion by guiding and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
Serve as a cross-team connector, uniting internal and external resources to drive project success.
AI-Driven Transformation:
Lead the integration of AI capabilities into workflows to enhance agile development efficiency and optimize product iteration processes.
Utilize AI-enabled tools for data analysis, defect analysis, and risk prediction to provide actionable insights and accelerate project progress.
Leverage certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) and professional expertise to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Exceptional ability to manage global stakeholders and align priorities with business goals.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and a ""follow-through"" mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure clear alignment among stakeholders.
- Experience in integrating AI capabilities into workflows and leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Expertise in ETaaS Product and Middleware Design: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the ETaaS product, including the design and development of middleware products. Provide comprehensive production support to ensure the stability and reliability of ETaaS and related tooling.
Proficiency in Core Banking Products and Testing Tooling: Possess strong familiarity with Core Banking products and their associated workflows. Leverage expertise in testing-related tooling to ensure high-quality delivery and seamless integration of Core Banking solutions.
