 We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Consultant Specialist

 In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for hands-on design, build and delivery of new as well as management of Digital and Data technology services.
• Responsible for adoption of Industry standard best practices
• Responsible for the delivery and rollout of strategic Digital and Data Technology platforms globally, in line with the roadmap agreed with the business.
• Build excellent relationships with Product, Product Delivery and Operations teams to help create a “one team” approach to planning and delivery.
• Identifies and removes barriers to success.  Always acts in the HSBC’s best interests and willing to openly discuss potentially difficult topics.
• Promotes and takes accountability for quality; identifies opportunities to improve delivery and oversees the governance process to reduce risk and ensure effective and timely decisions.
• Promotes a positive work culture based on respect for people, integrity of actions, creativity and collaboration leading to increased productivity.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

•  Full stack Engineer with an ability to independently design and build complex solutions, specialized in reusable Front-end development with aesthetic UX design.
• Strong hands-on expertise React, HTML, Javascript, React, CSS, Styled Components, Responsive Design, Jest
• Hands-on expertise in Java, springboot, API
• Strong hand-on expertise in microservices architecture
• Working experience in SQL & NoSQL databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Hands experience of DevOps tooling (e.g Jenkins, Git, Ansible).
• Strong implementation knowledge of industry standard design patterns
