We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Payroll Officer
Business: HR People services
Principal responsibilities
- Process customer instructions as per the agreed Standard Operating Procedures
- Adhere TAT as per daily / monthly / quarterly / annual agreed PLAs for all Payroll Activities
- Provide accurate MI with Analysis/ Recommendations
- Ensure all the inputs are received in agreed formats
- Consolidate as per the agreed Timelines (PLA)
- All inputs received before the cut off date are uploaded with first payroll window
- All the account related to payroll to be reconciled and submitted before the month end.
- Seek feedback from customers and stakeholders on a regular basis in order to develop more effective solutions for continuous process improvements.
- Demonstrate a consultative approach and build effective relationships with peers and other HR professionals.
- Mitigate operational and financial risk by ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, and controls.
- 2+ years proven MENA/any other regional Payroll experience
- Graduate in any field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be customer focused and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment is required
- Proficiency with personal computers and basic knowledge in Microsoft Applications ( Excel, Word etc)
