We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.
In this role, you will:
Implemented ATFS and setting up test scripts within ServiceNow. Candidates with domain knowledge of procurement are preferred.
A Service Now Technology Analyst with experience on testing end-to-end Service Catalog, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Problem Management.
Gaining Knowledge on client requirements and preparing estimation of stories to develop ATF scripts.
Proficient in designing and executing comprehensive test cases for the ITSM module within the ServiceNow, ensuring thorough coverage of functionalities, adherence to industry best practices, and successful implementation of QA processes.
Comprehensive understanding of manual software testing including the creation of test matrix and writing test cases followed by executing the same.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application integration and support. Assist in the planning and execution of application releases. Coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and rollback procedures.
Well, acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Proficient in Test activities like Test Design, Test Implementation/Execution, Test Closure and reporting at different Test Levels such as Regression Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT Testing.
Expertise in effective Defect Logging, Severity, Priority, Tracking, Reporting and Retesting using ServiceNow Defect Management tool to improve communications and reduce delay.
Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices, new features and industry trends.
Expertise on ServiceNow environment upgrades.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Should have3+ years of exp in Automation Testing - ServiceNow ATF Testing with Expertise in Functional & Non-Functional Testing.
