We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering.

Principal responsibilities
Take primary responsibility for Delivering the most suitable Client Connectivity Channels Entitlements (Shared Services) applications and related IT solutions in alignment with the solution design, addressing customer needs while fostering continuous improvement.
Have end-to-end accountability for Channels Shared Services products and services, identifying and creating the most appropriate IT solutions to enhance the customer journey.
Manage end-to-end delivery responsibilities across Channels service lines and business domains.
Bring technical hands-on development and delivery experience in JAVA technology, along with a proven track record of delivering cross-technology projects using JAVA, SpringBoot, MuleSoft, GCP, MongoDB, Kafka, and Oracle.
Hold experience in an ITSO role, which is essential for this position.
Ensure that products and services comply with mandatory and regulatory requirements.
Maintain group controls within pod activities and ensure that remediation activities are addressed promptly.
Be accountable for the operational stability, integrity, and availability of the products and services supported by the pod.
Oversee the performance of pod activities, ensuring that performance aligns with benchmark objectives, including productivity, quality, and effectiveness measures.
Collaborate with the solution architect to ensure that solutions and services are supported by appropriate architectures and systems.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in IT
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking IT
Deep understanding on Entitlements, Access managements and Staff Channels domain is an advantage
Solid experience end to end project delivery experience
Solid experience on JAVA technology, along with a proven track record of delivering cross-technology projects using JAVA, SpringBoot, MuleSoft, GCP, MongoDB, Kafka, and Oracle
Excellent communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, independent working ability, high sense of responsibility and a good team player
Experience on working in a global/regional time critical system would be an advantage
Be proficient in both written and spoken English.
Analytical mind set on root cause analysis and resolution
Experience on Agile/DevOps would be an advantage
Experience in the development, testing of requests, and execution of releases
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven fast learner
