Role purpose

Role focused on developing and coordinating the comprehensive strategy for acquiring and engaging Secured Credit customers to meet financial and commercial objectives.

Responsible for comprehensive product design, identifying new businesses and markets, optimizing offerings, channels, and journeys to ensure competitiveness.

Expert and point of contact for strategic, technological, and transformation projects for products, including financial analysis and business case development for new initiatives.

Responsible for initiatives and synergies with product areas, stakeholders, and compliance departments to maximize product profitability with a comprehensive vision to achieve customer focus.

Main Responsibilities

  • Development of customer acquisition and engagement strategies in coordination with Risk, CRM, Proposition, and Customers to ensure adherence to HBMX's comprehensive vision.

  • Development of synergies with other IWPB products to maximize customer profitability, positioning us as their primary bank.

  • Analysis of product improvements to align our offering with the market and innovate. Identify new segments, niches, and businesses to increase our sales and market share.

  • Monitoring and resolving loan origination issues to ensure competitiveness and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor the proper functioning of commercial strategies to increase portfolio placement and balance.

  • Design initiatives, products, and strategies with different areas; coordination, management, and implementation of actions and product redesign with internal areas: Operations, Products, Fraud, Legal, Compliance, CRM, Collections, Risk, as well as different channels. This is achieved in a changing and highly competitive environment due to mature portfolios.

  • Administration and compliance with the objectives established in the FRP for secured loan portfolios.

  • Analysis of market and financial opportunities, as well as creation of analyses and business cases with relevant metrics and statistics for decision-making.

  • Control and management of regulatory and operational risks for the products.

  • Generation of executive presentations and conferences with the Group, related to its control segment.

Requirements

Functional Knowledge

  • Economic-Administrative / Actuarial Areas.

  • Product, Finance, and Strategy Areas.

  • Project Management.

  • Knowledge of credit products, or knowledge of product and segment governance/management at HSBC.

  • 6 years of experience.

  • Experience in administration and team management.

  • Knowledge of the banking product market and knowledge of bank operations.

  • Analytical skills in defining objectives and designing strategies.

  • Experience in designing products and customer solutions.

  • Knowledge of banking regulations and standards.

  • Communication in English.

  • Communication and negotiation.
