Commercial Banking – Corporate Banking Client Coverage
Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Syndicated Finance and Corporate Advisory Manager – Loan Documentation.
Principal responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and review of loan documentation for syndication loans, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination on loan documentation matters
Assist to manage the loan agency process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation and execution.
Assist in the implementation of best practices for loan documentation processes.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including credit and risk teams, legal teams, compliance teams and relationship management teams, to ensure alignment on documentation requirements.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines

Proven experience in syndication loans and relevant structured finance with solid experience in loan documentation, particularly within syndication loans.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to deliver results to stay ahead of the competition
Ability to work with multi-stakeholders, influence and operate effectively in a highly matrix environment
Ability to identify risks to protect the Banks’ interest
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Good interpersonal skills and a team player, with leadership capabilities
Strong mindset of full compliance of regulatory requirements.
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
