The US Marketing function is focused on supporting the strategic priorities of HSBC US. The function focuses on understanding our clients and identifying, developing and executing the Marketing strategy through campaigns, thought leadership, content and client engagement that strengthen the Corporate and Institutional business at HSBC. This role will manage all campaigns activity within the US CIB marketing portfolio, collaborating with key business and strategy teams. It is an opportunity to align industry expertise with client needs to achieve commercial success.
This position works with senior management and/or product managers in developing and managing the implementation and execution of marketing communication strategies to achieve business objectives. We are looking for a dynamic and commercially focused Senior Marketing Campaign Manager. This role is pivotal in boosting revenue growth, enhancing client engagement, and solidifying the bank’s presence among multinational Corporates and Institutions
As our Trader, US Cash Equities you will:
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, consideration and client engagement
Develop and managing content, including thought leadership pieces, digital content, and client success stories, to support marketing objectives, in conjunction with the Global Content Centre of Excellence team
Manage agency stakeholders to deliver creative and media partnerships that support business objectives and build meaningful brand value
Craft a cohesive marketing strategy across multiple business segment and product areas that aligns to business outcomes
Socialize marketing strategy and plans with senior executives and sales teams, instilling trust and confidence with our stakeholders and partners
Work with agency partners on the tracking & analyzing performance metrics for all activity, against the activity objectives
Utilize data & insights to continuously refine marketing strategies to optimally reach specific target audiences
Understand our marketing technology integration and lead generation process
Tracking action items and deliverables for each project and working closely with the business and wider marketing team to align on KPIs
Keeping up with industry trends and making recommendations on new creative ideas or strategies we should try or test in our marketing plans
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range of $250,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
Cash Equities product knowledge – understanding of the front to back lifecycle
Emerging market Cash Equities knowledge and experience (desirable)
Maintain a deep understanding of equity market structure, exchange rules, and regulatory requirements (SEC, FINRA, Reg NMS, etc.).Ability to establish and effectively manage governance forums to support the business
Knowledge of cross border tax implications of a global equities business including booking models and regulation regimes
Strong academic record and good all-around knowledge of financial markets and business finance
Strategic thinking / pro-active ‘can-do’ attitude / ability to challenge the norm
Track record in producing quality analysis with good analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and operate under pressure
Team player/leader with strong communication skills to decompose and explain complex issues to all audience levels
Excellent organization and time management skills.
