Report to: SVP, Wholesale Business
Role Purpose
- To lead disciplined Client Engagement programme around the client at all levels and ensuring the execution of all strategic action
- To ensure Business Development and Client Service coverage of each key client is fully integrated to deliver right sales pitch which addresses the clients’ needs
In this role, you will:
- Lead the engagement and pitching to distributors' headquarter gatekeepers
- Achieve sales and revenue growth for the wholesale business and manage key Fund of Funds clients if applicable
- Deliver effective sales and servicing quality to ensure high customer satisfaction level
- Participate actively in conferences and key events and internally engage product development by bringing client feedback and ideas to Product forums
- Work closely with Marketing team to deliver a differentiated proposition to the client, taking responsibility for removing roadblocks where necessary, and escalating where appropriate, as the ultimate escalation point for client issues

Information
- University and above degree
- Extensive experience in Asset Management or proven track record of channel sales experience
- Strong existing relationships with banking or insurance distributors and Fund of Funds clients
- Good command of speaking and writing in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Group Personal Account Dealing covered
- License requirement (one of below):
