We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Zone Manager .
Principal responsibilities
- Responsible for leading, developing and managing the outlets in the zone area to ensure the achievement of pre-set business objectives, financially and non-financially.
- Deliver the zone level business plan including sales management and ensure overall customer experience, business outcome delivery, people development and management, risk controls and culture development in order to continuously improve the network operating efficiency and effectiveness to sustain and expand outlet portfolio, both in numbers and quality.
- Play an active role to co-work with Headquarter teams to providing excellent sales and services to maximize customer satisfaction, and provide meaningful feedback of front line teams to Headquarter teams for better business collaboration
- Take responsibility of certain sub-branch management and operation where necessary.
- Execute Group and entity level strategy in an efficient and compliant manner.
- Ensure the outlets operation strict compliance with external regulations and internal policies / guidelines issued by 1st LoD, 2nd LoD and 3rd LoD, etc during sales process and daily operations.
- Provide regular conduct and culture training and enhancement to the outlet teams to ensure sufficient risk awareness and right behavior of the team.
- Ensure the team in the zone to conduct products sales and service processes from customer centric principle, by adhering to internal/external requirements and guidelines.
- Ensure all compliance, control measures and conduct operational risk management for business development force are undertaken.
- University Degree in Business Administration / Finance or related professional qualifications
- Over 10 years of banking experience, with solid leadership and sales and people management experience.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure
- Strong self-motivation, outgoing personality and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese; with good knowledge of PC application software.
