We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Identity Lead.
Principal Responsibilities
- As business product owner to oversee, develop and manage eIDV platforms and, corresponding global and local vendors
- Lead platform release, governance, risk control, communication, customer insight and production case management
- Utilize hands-on experience to manage eIDV solutions and stay updated on trends
- Leverage strong experience in digital product management to drive the development and enhancement of digital identity solutions
- Lead the development of product vision and roadmap, aligning with the bank’s Secure Access and Digital Identity ambitions as well as the bank’s strategic goals
- Explore and push the boundaries of digital identity capability to support the bank’s growth in both digital and non-digital channels
- Lead and mentor a team of digital identity professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture
- Engage with stakeholders across the bank, including global teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Support consumer teams using the eIDV capability with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage Independence Assessments and HKMA approvals
- Work with Global Digital Foundation, Digital Platform Enabler, and other SVSs/teams to enhance customer experience and digitally native capabilities for the Hong Kong market
- Play an important role of risk control owner to monitor platform performance, identify and mitigate any emerging risks like deepfakes … etc. related to digital identity solutions and eIDV platforms
- Manage administrative work related to vendor management according to the bank's standards and requirements
- Manage in-take process of system change requests to secure access and ID&V platforms
- Lead corresponding servicing communications and review other communication materials for Hong Kong market
- Experience in managing eIDV solutions and digital product management is preferred. However, candidates with less experience in the eIDV domain will still be considered
- Strong understanding of the digital identity landscape and trends
- Proven team leadership and innovation-driving skills
- Excellent analytical and independent working skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience with regulatory processes including HKMA approvals
- Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Strong experience of User Centered Design methodology and its practical implementation
- Good understanding of user experience and mobile app/web best practice
- Innovative – the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues
- Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
- Excellent time management and prioritisation of projects and tasks
- Good experience working with agencies, particularly for usability testing
- Hands on experience on project life cycle highly preferred
- High levels of resilience and self-motivation.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach, with a positive mindset and sense of humour
