在这一职位上,您将:

  • Providing services for customer due diligence, including customer document review and verification, and data Analysis.
  • Through Internal/External Communications to collect data and identify risk level.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationship with customer business areas and identify areas of service improvements.
  • Work is organized and processed / completed within agreed timescales. Ongoing monitoring and review of workflow and priorities are in accordance with procedures.
  • 为客户提供尽职调查服务,包括资料审查,数据分析等;
  • 日常工作包括通过电话联系客户或相关部门获取资料信息,进行客户筛选及风险评估;
  • 建立与保持良好的客户关系并改善客户服务质素;
  • 按规定时间完成分配的任务,紧跟公司程序监控工作流程。

要求
  • College degree or above.
  • Ability to speak and understand Cantonese/English fluently, and have good conversational / telephone skills.
  • Ability to operate system and know about MS Office,e.g. Excel.
  • Experience in customer request/queries is preferred.
  • Be able to adapt to the rotating shift working environment, and working location in Foshan and Guangzhou.
  • 大专或以上学历;
  • 良好的英语及粤语读写说能力,以及良好的电话沟通能力;
  • 良好的系统操作能力,懂得使用微软办公软件 ;
  • 有客服/销售相关工作经验者优先考虑;
  • 能适应轮班工作,并接受工作地点调配,包括东风西汇丰大厦/佛山千灯湖/太古汇。
