We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

·        The role is responsible for providing direct support to distribution teams and sales teams

·        The role provides support to help meet asset growth, sales targets and increase market share. It also has responsibility for sales support teams

·        The remit of this role is the direct sales channel for whole China where INSH locates

·        Providing direct support to sales teams, delivering high quality sales service to customer base

·        Ensuring the bank aligns around our clients to deliver a high quality and robust service

·        Bringing together simultaneous buy and sell orders in the same security, in cooperation with trading desk

·        Maintaining communication with client and resolving any settlement problems

·        Key contributor to formation of Sales strategy

·        Ensuring the Sales Support team is aligned around key Sales initiatives

·        Ensuring the team's administrative tasks are performed efficiently and effectively

·        Senior escalation point for Sales Support team

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·        A minimum of 15 years of insurance industry experience

·        Excellent business insights

·        Strong industrial knowledge in insurance systems and projects

·        Strategic thinking coupled with strong leadership and tactical execution

·        Strong business acumen with sound judgment

·        Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills

·        Excellent language skill in both English and Chinese

·        A team player with a goal-oriented mentality
